We didn't get this hooked up until two days before the return period expired. So, I have no choice but to give it a terrible review. If I can get this to power on, it only runs for a couple hours at most then I can't get it to power on until several hours later which typically end up being the next day. Piece of junk!

This is a great TV for the price. A great smart TV that is easily connected. Great picture. If you need a "single viewer" TV get this one. It can easily be placed on a night stand or dresser in a bedroom. It can sit on a desk and provide the viewing pleasure you need. Place it in the kitchen. Put it anywhere. It is a Fire TV so it has great features. You can download any app for additional viewing. Awesome!

I recently ordered the Insignia™ 24" Class F20 Series LED HD Smart Fire TV from Best Buy with home delivery, and I couldn’t be happier! The delivery was fast, well-packaged, and arrived in perfect condition. The setup was a breeze — I had it connected and streaming my favorite shows in minutes. The picture quality is sharp and vibrant for its size, and the built-in Fire TV makes it so convenient to access all my apps without needing extra devices. The sound is clear, and it’s the perfect size for a bedroom, kitchen, or small living space. Overall, excellent value for the price, smooth delivery experience, and a TV that exceeds my expectations. Highly recommend!

1080p model is better, but it's not why you think.

This 720p TV is adequate for most every application in which it will be used, but there is one feature that's lacking with makes the 1080p model well worth the extra $20 (at the time of this writing with both versions on sale). A 24" screen at any most any standard viewing distance is pretty much just as clear as 1080p; however, in my kitchen I'm often only a few feet from the screen, and the difference it's noticeable. And if you have any intent yto use this as a secondary computer monitor, don't even hesitate to go 1080p. A small variance is that on the 1080p version, the support legs are angled out at the front, in toward the back. On this 720p model, they're straight/perpendicular to the screen. The thing which makes upgrading to the 1080p version, and why I'm VERY glad I upgraded, is the matte/non-glare screen on the 1080p model. It is a night and day difference in viewing ability. In the attached photo, you'll notice it right away. In my opinion *no* TV, laptop, tablet, or monitor should have a glossy screen. None. The TV is bulkier than it needs to be, but that bulk gives it space for slightly bigger speakers than a thinner set. The sound remains mediocre, though, requiring the sound setting of "Clear Voice" for the best intelligibility while watching standard shows. Volume is adequate for my purposes. This TV does have the ability to pair with Bluetooth devices including speakers and earphones, even though the instructions never mention it. You need to go to the "Main" settings page from the FireTV screen, and you'll find it, and a lot of other unreferenced settings. This was a desired feature, but in my case, I may not be able to use it. The BT sound settings allow for only 1 -200ms offset which, in my case, is inadequate. The video leads the audio ever so slightly, and just enough to make it distracting and annoying. Picture quality is great right out of the box in "Standard" mode, though in darker environments, "Movie" looks a bit better. I haven't used the FireTV interface enough to weigh in on it fully, as I have a Google TV device plugged in instead. That said, setup was straightforward, and the GUI is initially easy to navigate. As it is, though, the gloss screen is enough to cause me to steer people toward the 1080p version instead of this one.

My little 16 year-old TV failed and I decided to replace it with an even smaller one for aesthetic purposes. This one fits all of my purposes perfectly. I like how it turns off automatically when I either leave the room for an extended period of time--or fall asleep. The screen displays well from any location in the room--high or low--but it is also light in weight and easy to move (even if just for dusting purposes). This is my first smart TV and I am sure that I am not utilizing it fully, but I intend to expand my learning curve in the future.

It's a nice size for a bedroom. My elderly mom didn't want a big TV in her room so she picked this one for the size. She loves the picture and being able to stream old sitcoms through the Hulu, Pluto, and Peacock apps. I took it down to 4 stars because sometimes the audio goes out of sync with the video regardless of the video source and the TV needs to be turned off and turned back on to resync them.

I recently purchased the Insignia™ 24” Class F20 Series LED HD Smart Fire TV, and I couldn’t be happier with it! This little TV packs a serious punch for its size and price. The 720p HD picture is crisp and vibrant, making everything from movies to casual TV watching look fantastic. I was pleasantly surprised by how clear and sharp the visuals are, especially for a smaller screen like this—perfect for my kitchen setup! The built-in Fire TV platform is a game-changer. It’s so easy to navigate, and having instant access to all my favorite streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, and Prime Video right out of the box is incredibly convenient. The Alexa Voice Remote is the cherry on top—I love being able to just say, “Play Stranger Things,” and have it start without fumbling through menus. It even integrates with my smart home devices, which is a bonus I didn’t expect but now can’t live without. Setup was a breeze; it took me less than 10 minutes to get it unboxed, plugged in, and connected to my Wi-Fi. The sound quality is solid for a TV this size—clear and loud enough to fill my space without needing an extra speaker, though I’m sure a soundbar would take it to the next level if I wanted. At this price point, the value is unbeatable. It’s compact, reliable, and delivers way more than I expected. Five stars all the way—I’d recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable, high-quality smart TV!

Much Better Than the Insignia TV It Replaced

Positives: (1) Good picture and the sound is better than our 60” Samsung TV. (2) Relatively fast to boot and change channels (much better than our 2010 Insignia TV that it replaced). (3) Easy to setup and operate. (4) We think it was a good deal at $90 whereas it has since sold for $65 – that would make it an exceptional deal. Negatives: (1) Very annoying that it doesn’t have channel return (instead, always goes back to the Home page). (2) We would prefer numbered buttons on the remote rather than voice so we have switched to a universal remote.

I recently purchased this television for a small room, and it has worked out very well. The picture quality is clear and sharp, with good brightness and color for the size of the screen. The sound is decent and fills the room without needing extra speakers, though it may not be ideal for a larger space. Setup was straightforward and only took a few minutes. The size is perfect for a bedroom, office, or small living area, and it doesn’t overwhelm the space. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a reliable TV that fits comfortably in a smaller room

I have my office in the basement of the house and no access to cable. So was watching TV on an old laptop vis wifi. Not the greatest. Then saw this FireTV and gave it a try. WOW, what a deal and it works great. I already had an Amazon account and on Fire Stick so the setup was super simple. It was also just the right size for where I needed to put it. Picture quality is great for what I need it for. Don't need 4K or any other high res stuff. Got it on sale for $79.99. Can't beat it.

I bought this TV because of its size. I needed a small TV due to space limitations. I was surprised by the depth and warmth of the picture. This is not my first HDTV, and I misjudged this one for it's screen size, but it looks as sharp as my 65". This is my first smart TV, and I am sorry I waited so long to get one. I enjoy being able to add apps for many different streaming services. I am completely satisfied with this TV.

I bought this tv on sail for just $64.00! This was one heck of a deal I just couldn't pass up. I love this tv! I am blind so I use the voiceview accessibility option. It has great sound as well! I was surprised how well the sound quality was, better than my 32 inch samsung! It was very easy to set up and I can't believe how lite it is! Not heavy at all so I can move it around if need be. If you or if someone you know is blind or visually impaired I recommend this tv!
