I was hesitant because of the brand but the futures and functionality are impressive. I have had to reset it at least once, in about a month. I am brand loyal and this TV is surprisingly "smart"er than the only brand I've purchased over decades. Not sure if I'm being fair but the picture quality is good but I'm accustomed to sharper, crisper, and brighter. I struggle not to judge the TV based on the other brand, Jesus it's own merits.
