Also the remote is great and I like that I can use the FireTV app remote as well. However the apps lag to the point of the frame is so slow the words when people talk are not in sync. The only way to fix is to a system turn off (not a factory reset) and back on in the settings.

My big complaint is with the instructions, I had to go online and search for how to select "last input". It is nowhere in the manual and is not obvious how to select that feature.

After the set-up, I was able to navigate to some offers. After reading the information for operation and applying the advertisement info, I was able to do some things.I need to learn more in order to enjoy all of Insignia's capabilities. My Toshiba DVD/VHS player was connected and I have enjoyed a couple DVDs so far. Anita C.
