However I will NOT return to Best Buy for any future business. The people were too busy to help. I stood and waited for what seemed like 10 minutes or more while people in black shirts talked asking themselves. It was myself (65yr old) and my special needs granddaughter(blind) once I finally got the attention of a person,, I was trying to get more information about the best deal.. I ended up just buying the smallest because the person want interested in making a sale, she wanted to get back to the conversation!? I paid and left.. I have a blind kid with a cane and not one person offered to assist us out the door.

Excellent was not have this TV should’ve been listed as it was missing one of the two pieces for the stand., upon looking around online, it was gonna cost me more to get that piece of stand then it would be to return the TV and just buy one that wasn’t an open box. Luckily, I found a use for it on the wall and was able to put it up on the wall and not actually need the stand but for it to be listed as open box excellent that means it’s in perfect shape and it’s not missing any parts therefore I feel that it should’ve been a couple dollars cheaper but again it is what it is, but I will definitely be a little more cautious when I’m buying something that’s open box after this one was missing pieces and listed as excellent.
