Connection Issues

Exhausted the internet's suggestions. TV connected in store but I did not want to risk a second return. Was very disappointed; giving 1 star because I could not get it to work. Store staff gets 5 stars for service.

Be weary of open box excellent not being complete

Excellent was not have this TV should’ve been listed as it was missing one of the two pieces for the stand., upon looking around online, it was gonna cost me more to get that piece of stand then it would be to return the TV and just buy one that wasn’t an open box. Luckily, I found a use for it on the wall and was able to put it up on the wall and not actually need the stand but for it to be listed as open box excellent that means it’s in perfect shape and it’s not missing any parts therefore I feel that it should’ve been a couple dollars cheaper but again it is what it is, but I will definitely be a little more cautious when I’m buying something that’s open box after this one was missing pieces and listed as excellent.
