Screen broke

I accidently went under parental controls and it locked me out of my own account and every time I went to a new app I had to use my pin to get signed in. Too much work. I returned it. I also read the reviews and decided not to keep it.

Did Not Last A Month

It would just stop displaying live tv (antenna is wired). When streaming, it would be unable to play titles, then repeatedly instruct you to unplug, which was difficult as I would have the move furniture and get a ladder. When it worked, the picture was great! We returned and Best Buygave us amazing customer service, allowing us to upgrade.
