Display not that great and it does not have the crisp quality that you get in an 4K. Tv. Always remember you get what you paid for. So it does its job for the price. All features necessary is included. It does have a remote too.

Bait and Switch at Best Buy

I went to the store because it had a great advertised price I had received by email. I found the TV and the price was clearly marked on the shelf. Then when I went to check out the price was jacked up about $33. The excuse was that the prices change often and they had not changed the price tag yet. I went home and went online and bought it at the advertised price and went to the store again to pick it up. Best Buy owes me an hour of wasted time and $20 for gas.

I have contacted Amazon three times as best buy is a third party vender of theirs . I put a bad review on google and they wanted me to leave info on FB messenger. my next step will be filling a complaint with B.B.B and with my state attorneys office. as this company does not back the products they sell. They have many of the same complaints on google of sending broken items and not refunding.

I'm not impressed and regret this purchase. It took about 40 mins to update during the initial setup, cycled on and off. I'm not able to watch the same movies that I can watch on my other TVs because of the tethering and slow processing.
