    Bought this tv as an alternative to my computer monitor but for whatever reason this unit only lasted for a few months. no good.

    Doesn’t work consistently. Quite often only the audio works and the screen is completely black or the entire screen freezes and even the power button doesn’t work. The only way to fix these issues is to unplug and plug back in. It’s rather annoying to have to do this on almost a daily basis, sometimes more. It’s been less than a month since I’ve owned this TV and apparently the return window has closed. Spend a little more and get a reliable brand.

    The remote only turned on the tv could not get past setup. Tried batteries, a new remote, even a universal remote and insignia tv remote app and nothing.

    I did purchase an open box item but it was advertised as in excellent condition. Don’t know if that is why I’ve had so many issues with it but it is going back today. First, it literally takes 4 minutes to get anything to play on it. There is a long delay between when you press the arrows and it actually moves. Then once it moves there are 4 or 5 more selections before you can get to the movie or channel you want to watch. Second, every 4 or 5 days it somehow gets reset and you have to load the apps and sign in to all of them. Just too frustrating.

    If you purchase a discounted TV from Best Buy, please check it right away because now I’m stuck with a broken TV that I had bought for a birthday gift and the time to return it has passed.

    I've had to call Insignia serval times, because it doesn't get all the local channels, finally I was told to take to the Geek Squad for repair, they couldn't repair it so they had sent it out, now I have to wait three-four weeks before I get it back. Not happy!!!!

    takes a while to start up menu is not people friendly and it keeeps asking me to download app when i alredy have it screen is beuatiful but stands keep on falling out. and need amazon account that it gives u free but free acxcount doesnt work on otgher tvs

    All kinds of fancy stuff, but if I'm watching an antenna channel and turn it off, when I turn it back on it takes me a bunch of steps to get back to the channel I was watching. Royal pain trying to get me to subscribe to pay TV.

    Not great from the start

    Started having issues with TV 6 months after buying, mostly software glitches and sound issues. Now it’s 15 months since purchase and TV has stopped recognizing all inputs. TV keeps freezing and rebooting. Reset to factory settings and I can watch PrimeTv & Netflix now but if I try to go to settings, inputs or switch to different streaming channel, the TV crashes and will only restart after leaving TV unplugged for a few hours.

    This is my third time purchasing this TV. For the price, I didn’t expect it to last forever, but I hoped for at least a year. Unfortunately, this time it only lasted two months. It started glitching randomly and unplugging it would temporarily fix the issue. Now, even that doesn’t work, and I can’t access any channels at all. Very disappointed.
