Then periodically it would not turn on when we turned it on and it would not turn off when we turned it off. All of a sudden the Netflix sound would come blaring out of it when the TV was not on and no one was near any of the remotes. The TV was returned.

Failed after 28 days

Had for three weeks then picture failed, lines up and down screen. You get what you pay for. Luckily it failed 2 days before the 30 day limit. Poor quality and cheap components. Returned a replaced itwith a much better brand. More expensive bet better then a 24 onch paperweight.

Does not work consistently.

Quite often only the audio works and the screen is completely black or the entire screen freezes and even the power button doesn’t work. The only way to fix these issues is to unplug and plug back in. It’s rather annoying to have to do this on almost a daily basis, sometimes more. It’s been less than a month since I’ve owned this TV and apparently the return window has closed. Spend a little more and get a reliable brand.

This tv doesn't allow you to do anything without going through Amazon. You can't download apps & watch without using Prime Video subscriptions. We subscribe to apps on our ROKU TVs that we want to access on this tv but we can't. I bought 2 of these for bedrooms & we're trashing both of them

Just too frustrating

Don’t know if that is why I’ve had so many issues with it but it is going back today. First, it literally takes 4 minutes to get anything to play on it. There is a long delay between when you press the arrows and it actually moves. Then once it moves there are 4 or 5 more selections before you can get to the movie or channel you want to watch. Second, every 4 or 5 days it somehow gets reset and you have to load the apps and sign in to all of them. Just too frustrating.
