    Hands down, worst TV I've ever purchased. Takes 1-2 hours to do initial update, and the "SMART Interface" does NOT work. It crashes when trying to pick the apps. I had to plug a Roku in to the HDMI port, in order to get it to function as a smart TV. Seriously, the user interface is worthless. AVOID AVOID AVOID FIRETVs. Buy the "non-smart" version and use a roku or similar for streaming apps. If Best Buy wasn't an hour away, I'd be returning this 1,000%.

    We didn’t enjoy this purchase. We are using the tv for a business, and it has this mode that you are unable to remove. (Power save mode) Google before purchasing its all in the reviews.

    I do not like the remote, it is small and it does not have number's on it where you can get to your channel's. I had to buy a universal remote for $30.

    Just bought this tv today. The sound is horrible. The volume is on 30 just to be able to be heard and even then sound is not very clear. Planning to return.

    Started out ok. Had it for less than a year, now appears to act like it is bi-polar on start-up. Menu will not stabilize for at least a minute or 2.

    Won’t connect to WiFi despite it stating it has a very good signal. Have reset both tv and router but just won’t work. Had issues connecting in the beginning too but after a few tries got it to work so I figured it would not be an issue. I was clearly wrong and should’ve returned it then. Now I’m a month in with this issue and unable to return it. Save yourself your money and trouble and look at other options.

    Couldn't hook to wifi

    This was a free gift that came with our big screen but my daughter opened the box and threw the box away. When I went to go set it up for her it will not stay connected to the wifi and with no box I can't return it. At least it didn't cost any money for us. My daughter was definitely disheartened as was I.

    Could not use this TV without signing up an Amazon account and buying a fire stick when I had been told I could use my Roku. I am 83 years and difficult with the hassle of setting it up and return it.

    When trying to set up the TV, the TV would not go past the point where it said, "WIFI not available." Despire repeated attempts, turning off, unplugging, changing the options on the boot up, once the message "WIFI not available" was displayed, that was all she wrote. Not a smart TV.

    I thought it was suspicious that the return policy is only good for 15 days. This TV started out fine, but about 20 days in it stopped playback on all antenna channels. A reboot solved this for a few days, then it started again. Very disappointing that I am now stuck with a $70 hunk of plastic.

    I really wish I could review this item. Unfortunately, I had to return it. I had bought it as an open box and found out the remote, screws for the stand and manual were missing. The people that inspect returned items need better training.
