    Bought 2 because of the price. Set both up and put one away. TV started rebooting for no reason. Forget internet sign on. So I switched TV and the second one started doing the same thing within a hour of playing. I have a week to return.

    This TV would not connect to update the fire TV so was not able to watch tv. Had to return.

    Very poor sound quality. A similiar Insignia 24" (previous set ) (Not fire tv) was great with the same connection. The fire tv is the only difference that I can determine.

    An unwanted purchase. I was told I HAD to purchase this TV to get the home install. I was told that the terms of the total tech that I pay for had changed. It is still in the box.

    THIS TV LAST JUST A LITTLE OVER A MONTH AND THEN IT JUST WENT BLANK AND STOP WORKING,WHEN I CHECKED THE RECEIPT TO SEE IF I COULD RETURN IT, THE RECEIPT SAY ITS NO LONGER RETURNABLE I WAS SO DISAPPOINT

    The other one 32 inch is the same name"INSIGNIA" 24 IN.If I press on this remote, both of them are off/on.I wish to replace this Insignia 24 inch into Samsung 24 inc.I think that it may expire or not?

    I had to purchase this item in store because the roadie is irresponsible and my so called delivery from roadie was cancelled 5 days later. What a circus.

    The tv works fine just when I be watching a show on apps it’s randomly shuts out the app by itself and starts the show over why is that

    TV comes loaded with apps buttt! I attempted to download a streaming app and a casting app and the second brought me a message to delete apps due to low data.

    Piece of garbage. Feet would not stay on, fell off and TV fell forward breaking the screen. Threw in the trash where it belongs. Last TV I will buy t from worst Buy.

    Go with Roku instead of Fire

    Horrible. Couldn't get hooked up to wifi. Got stuck. Couldnt get help to get past the loading screen. When i googled for to troubleshoot, everyone had same problem. Won't buy another Fire TV. Went back to Roku. Much easier.

    sadly, we returned this. The way it was packaged allowed for so much of a mold smell to intrude and it wasn't healthy for us to keep it in the house.
