Disappointing – Glitched and crashed after 2 month

For the price, I didn’t expect it to last forever, but I hoped for at least a year. Unfortunately, this time it only lasted two months. It started glitching randomly and unplugging it would temporarily fix the issue. Now, even that doesn’t work, and I can’t access any channels at all. Very disappointed.

Takes 1-2 hours to do initial update, and the "SMART Interface" does NOT work. It crashes when trying to pick the apps. I had to plug a Roku in to the HDMI port, in order to get it to function as a smart TV. Seriously, the user interface is worthless. AVOID AVOID AVOID FIRETVs. Buy the "non-smart" version and use a roku or similar for streaming apps. If Best Buy wasn't an hour away, I'd be returning this 1,000%.

Broken tv sold with missing parts

Sound is Horrible

Do not buy

Have reset both tv and router but just won’t work. Had issues connecting in the beginning too but after a few tries got it to work so I figured it would not be an issue. I was clearly wrong and should’ve returned it then. Now I’m a month in with this issue and unable to return it. Save yourself your money and trouble and look at other options.

Smart?

Despire repeated attempts, turning off, unplugging, changing the options on the boot up, once the message "WIFI not available" was displayed, that was all she wrote. Not a smart TV.

Worst buy

This TV started out fine, but about 20 days in it stopped playback on all antenna channels. A reboot solved this for a few days, then it started again. Very disappointing that I am now stuck with a $70 hunk of plastic.
