    This item never got past its start-up sequence. I was never able to get any satisfaction from the service technician. Ultimately, we had to return the item to the store. They refused to add our $20 cab fare to the refund. Why should I return for anything else? (I tried not to check any stars, since this was worse than poor!)

    Did not recognize the PS5 plugged into the HDMI port. All of the other components seemed to work. That didn't matter as the only reason I bought it was to have a TV to play games on

    The tv itself restarts randomly a lot. It disconnects from WiFi. I would not buy this again.

    Bought in US to bring to Canada. TV will not accept streaming app from Canadian source because cannot switch Zip Code to Canadian Postal Code as location of tv. Play Mirroring from phone app not working either. Useless new TV. Best Buy and Insignia support can't help and Best Buy Canada will not accept return.

    You can not get even the free channels like regular peacock or paramount with out having an amazon account. It just keep showing you movies to buy. I want your to buy PRIME. I requires you to have a basic amazon account. So even if you have an account your will still get fire-hosed with things to buy. So if you want your kids to ask you play the NOT FREE movies . then this is the tv for you,

    No stars I wasted 4hrs of my life I'll never get back. No sound on this TV and can not get Alexa off to get sound on. Can't tell Alexa to change settings either. All I wanted was a small smart TV for kids to play video games on price was great but tv unusable. Don't waste your time

    Airplay ready it is not! If you are buying for airplay think again. It takes 5 buttons and 10 min to get airplay to come up.

    When i recieved this item , the remote was broken. I called insignia and they replaced the remote . I will never buy an open box again.

    TV is making disturbing constant noise as soon as it is switch on. If you're planning to use this as a monitor, it is definitely not recommended. Experiencing the same issue with the 42" model of the TV as well.

    TV only lasted 2 months. First, batteries went out. We replaced those, but then it would not connect to the internet.
