    after 1 month app youtube don't work good , the tv not support youtube app, only work like slow motion

    This TV has never worked! It seems as though they sent me some kind of monitor instead of a TV

    They never came then delivery told me the job is cheap so i called them with the messages they would resend or refund me

    This TV went to black screen in a week of use. Now I have to go back and look for another TV which is sad.

    Bought open box and it was good but didn’t come with a remote. Very small tv. Wanted to return but got busy with work and passed my deadline to return. Now I have a paperweight.

    Cannot get it to scan and find cable channels. The help videos are worthless. The only show hoe to physically connect the cable. Sadly, the return window was only 2 weeks (way too short) and has already expired.

    Not happy! Since it is a 24 inch I don’t have the options to make adjustments. Info I find tells me to go to certain settings which I don’t have. Can’t change picture size and voice is out of sync.

    Terrible reception with indoor antenna. All the channels have poor or no reception. Stops working. Have to factory reset this TV at least once a month.

    I refused delivery due to it not fitting in the space I wanted it this was the 8th of July the next day after the order as of today August 4 I have not received my refund I am very angry I like their tvs but this service is terrible
