    I refused delivery due to it not fitting in the space I wanted it this was the 8th of July the next day after the order as of today August 4 I have not received my refund I am very angry I like their tvs but this service is terrible

    Never used it went to swap it out for a bigger TV and i was told i had it past the 2 weeks of the return, so i have to keep it.

    Sound is horrible on this Insignia TV. The TV makes a humming sound similar to a tea kettle, even when the TV is muted. I will never buy this brand again.

    TV won’t connect to WiFi

    Unfortunately, no matter what I try, the tv won’t connect to the internet. It doesn’t show any available networks so there is nothing to connect to. I can’t do anything with the tv without connecting it to the internet.

    Poor quality too fragile

    It worked good until it got knocked off of the table by a cat. It did not fall very far. Don’t understand why the item is so fragile. Bet disappointed to the craftsmanhip. Not I just have a piece of junk.

    780p resolution really falls short.

    The resolution on this TV is really poor. I guess it’s my fault - hoping that the price would justify not getting a TV that had a 1080p display. It wasn’t worth it. The closer you get to the screen, the more disappointed you will be.

    This tv is terrible. The streaming freezes more than it works & it randomly restarts for no reason. Don’t waste your money.

    Missing Pieces

    Screws missing for feet and see no way to get help. They only want to help buy more stuff or repair. Mfg box was poorly packaged almost like it had been opened yet did not appear box had been opened.
