TV is OK, remote control is horrible

However, the Insignia remote control allegedly from Amazon is horrible. Complaints all over the internet on how difficult to open the remote are all true. I'm not putting the back cover on. The settings are also difficult on the small remote. I like the tv enough and will keep it, but invested too many hours figuring it out.
