Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.absolutely nothing wrong with the tv - more likely it's that i'm not a fan of having to waste time punching buttons on the remote to get to whatever and setting things up take forever because keyboard is on screen so again, lots of button pushing to type things out. admittedly this is my first 'smart' anything and i'm not about to acquire listening devices (alexa) to make things easier. only other thing - sound is built in so if there's any distance between you and the tv and there's ambient noise (air conditioner) it's a bit hard to hear, it is a small tv so.....

I gave it 4 stars because the instructions for setup were not working for setup. I called my provider and a technition came out and set it up. Would buy another one.
