What a disappointment

Not many out there and Best Buy had one , their very respectful brand, for a reasonable price. The sales rep clearly wasn't familiar with the product, and silly me I didn't know what questions to ask. Turns out it is meant to be used exclusively with Amazon streaming services. Had to get an IT guy to re-rig it so I could use it with xfinity. Big complicated pain in backside to make it work!!Then with no warning it subscribed me to their streaming. (Of course we already subscribe to 6+.).This flagged the hefty streaming carge as fraud and my credit card was canceled by fraud alert. Nothing in the pkg to say this was part of the deal. Waited a week for new card and all of the rigamarole that entails. Now the sound is off and on. Sale item (no warning). Moral of the story. If you go to Best Buy, and I have no issue with them as a business, make sure your sales rep has some knowledge of the products.
