Hit or miss yours could go bonkers after a few mon
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.WORST smart tv ever. After a few months it just decided to do whatever it wanted. Turn itself off, start the screensaver, go to the home guide… and the volume button is completely ignorant. You cannot press and hold it to change volume. One press does nothing and you must repeat 100x to raise or lower volume sufficiently. This is a garbage product. And the tuner is weak - it insists on only receiving the strongest signals and pixelates when my other TVs do not. Hey while writing this, my tv decided to go off the channel I had on and show me the screensaver. And it does all these things even when batteries are out of remote and a complete reset was done. JUNK JUNK JUNK.

Good for a cheap television

Our Frustration with what could be a great product

The problem with it is that we have YouTube tv and it has difficulty streaming that service. It will stream other services without issues but we researched and found that others had the same issue.

Beware of open box items.

Keeps stalling/ restarting

My complaint is anytime i put on live sports or live TV it will 75% of the time lock up and restart itself. VERY frustrating. I then have to restart and try again and again until it will finally stay with the program after 2-3 attempts.

Unreliable, poor audio and more

I couldn’t find any of my own screws to fit, so I called Best Buy. They told me I had to bring in the entire TV if I wanted to exchange it. I did, brought the new one home and was dissatisfied with the audio sound. The audio, even on the highest setting, was not very loud. So I returned THAT tv and went with an LG. COMPLETELY satisfied with the LG.

Not as good as reviewer's claim

Labor day sale they raised the price to $79.99 then put it on sale for $64.99. Let me go wash my face, i must have sucker written all over it

Worst TV

not great
