Kept telling me I had to call Customer Service. The software is slow and skips around probably because the remote will not sync no matter what I've tried. The sound is very low, can barely hear it no matter how high you turn it up. It was cheap and that is a plus. Great for the patio. Wont buy anything Firestick again.

Great deal, good for small rooms & tight spaces

The build quality, especially of the outer housing, is much better than on the set it replaced. Picture and sound are both significantly better, good for a $70 TV and considering the resolution is only 720p. Fire TV is a bit klunky but it runs smoothly, unlike the old set. The only issue is that it is a bit hard to read small text on some apps from more than a few feet away, but that shouldn't be too surprising considering its a 24" screen.
