This one by Insignia. Both TV's have the same issues. Poor sound quality. Insaficiant volume loudness, especially when connected through Bluetooth. If TV is not purchased directly from Amazon, Amazon customer support feels no responsibility to the customer to help troubleshoot or help resolve any issues, unless it is to their benefit, the customer may have. They can be rather rude about it in email, chat, and on the phone. In all honesty, if not for the price and my own need, I wouldn't have purchased another Amazon product.

There are some big concerns with this tv but I am keeping it, yes almost returned it. Speakers are horrible, mine rattle with any bass but I had an extra set of computer speakers whick took care of that. Every time there's a power outage ( I live in South FL, very common during summer rainstorms) tv takes awhile to start up . Not an issue with my Roku TCL brand TV's. Doesn't matter if I am.on air or internet use. And again the Insignia Amazon Fire tv operating system is not in my opinion as easy to use as the TCLs Roku tv system

I need to go to the firestick and sdjust settings before I can connect with my cable - it's a pain. However, the picture is beautiful snd the price is right.

Kept telling me I had to call Customer Service. The software is slow and skips around probably because the remote will not sync no matter what I've tried. The sound is very low, can barely hear it no matter how high you turn it up. It was cheap and that is a plus. Great for the patio. Wont buy anything Firestick again.

Bought it for my camper van build, with the apps being powered by Starlink internet. So far it’s been great for us. Great picture quality, decent sound. For the sale price I bought it for, it was absolutely worth the money.
