I have me video surveillance on one HDMI connection. I switch back and forth during the day watching TV and my cameras. The system is loaded with streaming options and provides a great picture while viewing.

Great Monitor Alternative

Originally shopping for a monitor but this was a good alternative, as I can cast my Samsung phone and tablet to use it as one, and switch back to use as a tv. It also has ways to connect via usb and hdmi. Bought a wireless keyboard and mouse, and basically a full desktop. Picture quality is very good overall.

But please understand this is only 110 V and not 12 voltage. I used it in a country where to 20 V was standard, luckily I looked at the back sticker before plugging it. Usually most new TVs are dual voltage
