Image quality is good, pretty fast tv never had an issue with any of the apps which is more than i can say about other comparable brands. Loved my purchase!

Great small TV for the price!

Having three HDMI inputs (instead of only one on many small TVs) is very convenient. Only negative is that whenever you turn it on, it always starts with all the Amazon apps, and to watch conventional cable TV you have to switch inputs. When I first got it, sound was garbled when I tried to watch something on one of the apps. I had to contact Insignia Customer Service, which told me how to to do a "factory reset." After doing it, sound works perfectly!

I have been using roku TVs/devices for a few years, so it took a moment to adjust to this format. Yes, Roku’s platform is more user-friendly, but here’s why I’m happy I purchased this one: 1) The Ethernet port - I like the idea of a stronger, dedicated connection and the ability to watch 4K without buffering. 2) There is access to more apps I’ve found some new, quality & free apps. 3) You can still access the Roku app 4) You can customize the app order - Position your favorite apps for quicker access or use the Alexa voice command to launch an app. 5) Internet Access - Thanks to Amazon’s internet app, I am currently watching the live stream from Milan’s Men Fashion Week. My cons: 1) Navigation has a delay - This makes using Alexa appealing, but there have been instances where Alexa didn’t understand the name of the app I wanted to launch (when it was a less-known app). I’m learning to expect the navigation delay, so I’m opening the incorrect app less often. 2) It can get stuck - it happened twice (watching the FashionTV and Haystack News apps). I used the reset button on the bottom to resolve this. Overall it has worked pretty well, especially for the price. The price did drop right after I purchased it and Best Buy was great with crediting me the difference via their price match policy (This will greatly influence future device purchases.). my only wish is that it was 1080 for greater clarity.

Great Monitor Alternative

Originally shopping for a monitor but this was a good alternative, as I can cast my Samsung phone and tablet to use it as one, and switch back to use as a tv. It also has ways to connect via usb and hdmi. Bought a wireless keyboard and mouse, and basically a full desktop. Picture quality is very good overall.
