In my household, we're not sticklers for the highest quality. Mostly because we don't notice that level of detail. All that to say, that the TV is great and we don't notice anything wrong with it, even though it's only 720P. I reduced one star because I don't feel we've given it fair use. We only use it in the laundry room, maybe once a month while folding clothes. Besides that, it's a great purchase & really affordable.

It was perfect! It also had some voice features on the remote that made me a little jealous that I don't have those features too.

The setup was difficult however. The mounting screws were missing from the box it was shipped in. In spite of every effort to obtain the screws--from the manufacturer, Best Buy, The Geek Squad, and The Home Depot, I was not able to get the screws and securely mount the TV properly. This was my third purchase of an Insignia TV and the fourth TV purchased from Best Buy.
