    I received an Insignia 24 inch smart Fire TV for Christmas. I am having trouble using it. I have a regular old TV in my living room and that's what I am use to. This smart TV is so much different. For me it's not user friendly! I like the picture and sound. Will hopefully get some help from Best Buy....I can only hope there is "after sales service support."
