Distribution centers need to check orders better

Fedex delivered because they were out of stock at the local store. One television came with everything, the other did not. The box was messed up on the outside and looked like someone had already tried to open it and probably was a return. The television was not enclosed in the plastic bag and there was no protective tape/wrap on the screen. There were no batteries (which were supposed to be included) and there was only one screw for the stand. How are you supposed to put the stand together with only one screw?? The other television that had everything included worked okay was just too small for the living room and just weren't happy with it. The sound was also not that great. We ended up returning both televisions.

Excited to be an owner!

Great 24” TV’s!

My grandchildren love having a tv to watch, and go to sleep with, when they are staying away from home! And when their parents - my children - come with them, they can stay up as late as they want to and watch their favorite shows while us “older folks” go to bed! :-) The TVs were easy to hook up - and plug in to our wi-fi system. And! The price was great!
