Well, its been 18 days and issues are already starting. While the tv was playing, the screen went purple/fluorescent and started to make a loud noise. It was the perfect size in the kitchen. Glad I bought 2yr protection. I'm not waiting for other issues to start. Back it goes. I guess a fair rating is being genuine. This was my first Isignia product. So, to be fair..I may have just gotten a bad item. It happens. That's why you purchase the protection. No harm, no foul. Although, the receiver of the gift is bummed.
