I even had my Internet provider come out at my expense to hook it up and it would not work. I had to return the product and didn't find your company helpful with that process. I am a senior citizen who no longer drives and I don't think you extend services to people like us who cannot get to your store in oerson

Connection troubles.

I even manually entered my network credentials and the television would not connect. Best Buy needs more name brand options for this size smart.

They delivered it at 11pm??

FIRE TV

I am happy with the resolution and the Fire TV is good. I need to figure out how to use it because it can do much more than my old TV. All in all I would rate it a solid B.

First Smart tv's

They replaced two 20 year old TV's. Why did we wait so long? It has been fairly simple to set up for a couple old folks. Still learning how to use it. Would definitely recommend this Insignia Fire TV.

I bought it to replace my RV's tv and it mounted and plugged in great. First time turning on took awhile to uodate and set up. Linked to phone and internet great.

Great Full HD TV at a Great Price

It had a different mounting pattern on the back, and I ended up using a new wall mount, but that's my fault for not checking first. For the price, you can't go wrong with this TV.
