    Lasted Exactly 40 Days...And Then Died!

    We purchased this Insignia 24" F40 Series LED TV to replace our old kitchen TV on December 1, 2025. Forty days later, while I was cooking dinner, the TV made a horrible, loud clicking noise and went to a black screen. I tried to turn it off via the remote control and couldn't so I unplugged ot from the receptacle Now it is totally dead. I have tried doing several different reset procedures and nothing. It is not the receptacle...the Insignia TV has died. Very disappointing as finding small counter top sized TV's are difficult to come by!

    This TV has been nothing but trouble. It is constantly going snowy and making an annoying scratchy loud sound for about 15 seconds before it restarts. Trying to get it to stop by pushing any number of buttons doesn't work. Unplug it or wait putting up with the annoying sound is the only thing. I would like a new Tv that works. We even had a Dish technician go through our whole system hoping he could solve the problem. He eventually. said, "It has to be your new TV."

    Can't log into amazon, not great for a Fire TV

    Couldn't sign into amazon correctly, spent lots of time trouble shooting and speaking with Amazon. Seemed a common issue. Returned it, bought a different TV.

    Terrible product. Randomly makes a loud noise and the screen goes red. The TV has to be disconnected and restarted. The frequency of occurrence is increasing. Product was purchased on 12/24/25 and the return period according to the website ended on 12/15/26, 23 days after purchase. I had not made a purchase with Best Buy in years. This will certainly be the last purchase I make with them.

    Open box shouldn’t mean broken

    Purchased an open box and truly disappointed that the tv didn’t even turn on. I bought this for my husband to put in his semi. Kind of a pain to take it to fed ex and return it just so I can order another tv.

    Lousy - took forever to put the stands on because the screws are minuscule and black and then once it was set up, there was no picture to connect to the wifi- needless to say, it was quickly returned.

    It's broken so I'm coming in to exchang it today. It randomly goes into static and gets stuck like that so you have to unplug and plug back in literally everday. Would be a dope TV for my kitchen if it probably wasn't so cheaply made to have issues like this.

    I returned this tv; the quality was so poor. It was inexpensive but probably shouldn’t even be sold it’s so bad. I wanted a small tv. I did a side-by-side comparison with the TV I purchased to replace it with, and although it was actually a larger tv, the money was the same, and the quality was much better!
