The fire tv has more options than I expected. The mute button doesn’t mute, it takes the volume to zero making it a pain to turn it back up!

The only way to stop it was to unplug it and plug it back in. The problem has been getting more frequent and Best Buy geek squad protection plan is a joke! In order to warranty it the product needs to be returned to the nearest store which is seventy miles away, one way! Insignia "may" help but I'm not optimistic. I wouldn't buy again, would not recommend and I also wouldn't recommend Best Buy.

The TV constantly freezes, green bars suddenly appear on the screen, and after 20 seconds, it restarts. I feel the processor is ALREADY faulty just 35 days old. My return window to Best Buy closed, leaving me with an unreliable, disruptive TV. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!! VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!
