Lasted Exactly 40 Days...And Then Died!

Forty days later, while I was cooking dinner, the TV made a horrible, loud clicking noise and went to a black screen. I tried to turn it off via the remote control and couldn't so I unplugged ot from the receptacle Now it is totally dead. I have tried doing several different reset procedures and nothing. It is not the receptacle...the Insignia TV has died. Very disappointing as finding small counter top sized TV's are difficult to come by!

Terrible Product and Return Window

The TV has to be disconnected and restarted. The frequency of occurrence is increasing. Product was purchased on 12/24/25 and the return period according to the website ended on 12/15/26, 23 days after purchase. I had not made a purchase with Best Buy in years. This will certainly be the last purchase I make with them.

Loved it BUT

Tv would turn off randomly. Also screen would freeze up frequently while watching a show. Good thing i bought warranty. Got refund in a gift card tho . If you buy ? Buy at your own risk or with warranty

It is constantly going snowy and making an annoying scratchy loud sound for about 15 seconds before it restarts. Trying to get it to stop by pushing any number of buttons doesn't work. Unplug it or wait putting up with the annoying sound is the only thing. I would like a new Tv that works. We even had a Dish technician go through our whole system hoping he could solve the problem. He eventually. said, "It has to be your new TV."

Disappointing Quality

The picture and sound are adequate. The TV drops connection to my phone too easily. I would not buy a Fire brand TV again. The TCL TV I have works much better in my opinion.

Insignia 24 inch smart Tv

Tv would then reboot itself and would work for a few minutes then would have the same issue. This happened several times within 15 minutes. Took the tv back to Best Buy and spoke with employee from the geek squad. He was aware of the problem and informed me they had a similar issues with their tv with the same 24 inch screen.

Started acting up right after the return period en

No matter what is on tv now, I'll eventually change to a very LOUD static screen even when its on low volume. This has scared the crap out of my kids. They will no longer go anywhere near the tv, even while its unplugged, for fear that the "tv will scream at them". Trauma unlocked, Poltergeist ahh tv. Thanks for that.

Amazon fire tv

I even had my Internet provider come out at my expense to hook it up and it would not work. I had to return the product and didn't find your company helpful with that process. I am a senior citizen who no longer drives and I don't think you extend services to people like us who cannot get to your store in oerson

I even manually entered my network credentials and the television would not connect. Best Buy needs more name brand options for this size smart.

Bad picture quality. Don’t buy it.

It was inexpensive but probably shouldn’t even be sold it’s so bad. I wanted a small tv. I did a side-by-side comparison with the TV I purchased to replace it with, and although it was actually a larger tv, the money was the same, and the quality was much better!
