    This TV had many issues , 1st time the screen just blew up, prior I would have to unplug and plug it back in to work. I returned and received a replacement, then the replacement TV with shutting down on its own it would make a loud sound, then the screen would go black. then try to re-start. I then went with a different brand.

    It's broken so I'm coming in to exchang it today. It randomly goes into static and gets stuck like that so you have to unplug and plug back in literally everday. Would be a dope TV for my kitchen if it probably wasn't so cheaply made to have issues like this.

    My third Insigina 24 ' NS-40F401NA26 gives up. Got 3 months out of this one. Purchased the 1st one last october 2025 this one is my third replacement. Screen goes blank. Dont think I will get another, even if under warranty. Hope to get money back vs another replacement. Good TV when it works.

    If I could give this no stars I would. This was junk would not connect to FireTV was told by amazon the serial number did not exist. Returned to the store and picked a second one and had the exact same issue. Returned again and went with a totally different brand that is working great. Was not a lot of selection is this size.

    Had to return 2 of them as the screen would freeze accompanied by loud static noise several times in a week. Must have been a bad batch. I've had good luck with other Insignia models.

    beware of intermittent defect outside return time

    Bought 3 of these TVs, 1 of them worked for a few days, then suddenly the picture was replaced with color lines and a very loud humming sound, Must unplug to stop the hum. After replugging, the TV work fine for a few more days, then the defect repeats itself. Fortunately was able to return just before the 15 days' window.

    TV constantly "crashes" while watching. The screen shows green static and emits an extremely loud buzzing noise! I have to unplug it to stop it!

    I wanted a slightly larger TV but Best Buy doesn't carry any. I'm stuck with this and don't care that there is a home screen that comes on every time and you have to wait to select your channel. I should have looked on line because I found what I wanted at Staples and it was $10 cheaper.

    Purchased brand new based on reviews, strange crackling noise on every channel coming from speakers. Did troubleshooting techniques stated online tried new hdmi cord, diff outlet, etc. Still crackling, can't return or exchange after 14 days had this for less than 25 days it now has to be sent off under warranty. Pay extra to get something better.

    I have not been able to use this product as it does link to the internet but we cannot get it to link to the software with Amazon to connect our Prime accounts. We even took it to Best Buy where the geek squad had difficulties. The guy says the software is glitchy and this was not the only TV he saw with the problem the sale week. I am going to see if I can return it as it seems foolhardy to keep something that doesn't seem to work.

    TV has been messing up since day one. would randomly not have any volume. I would have to unplug and restart. also, randomly would get the screen everyone talks about. multi color lines. i even have a fly stuck in-between the screen layers. owned tv for only a couple months. I guess you get what you pay for

    TV works then breaks into full pixels

    TV is slow as can be to boot due to amazons bloatware. Then on top of that it will launch an app and turn into a green and black pixelated screen. Non stop all apps will randomly break and launch picxelated screen. You get what you pay for for $60.

    I bought this TV as an Open Box, the clerk said it was as good as buying one unopened because it has been cleared by the geek squad to be sold. So I bought it due the percentage off savings, but I did not buy the extended warranty, due to the fact the TV itself has a one year warranty. No sooner did the 15 day return period end, two days later the TV broke, stopped working completely!! I will never buy another TV from them.
