    This small screen tv is not for tv viewing. It is for a laptop hdmi connection at best. The problem is straight on the picture is ok but move off the "straight on" viewing and the picture quality is terrible (fuzzy, faded) I needed a tv for my kitchen to fit under the top cabinets. I know the larger Insignia tv's are fantastic especially side viewing. I have 2 of them. This 24" is not the same.

    Not sure if it's the bloated Google OS, but this is the slowest tv I have owned. This is when it's plugged into my LAN.

    It keeps glitching and freezing with a pixelated green red yellow and blue screen of death and no picture exiting a clicking sound. I’ve had it a month.I need to take it down and hopefully they can take it back.

    Couldn't sign into amazon correctly, spent lots of time trouble shooting and speaking with Amazon. Seemed a common issue. Returned it, bought a different TV.

    Purchased an open box and truly disappointed that the tv didn’t even turn on. I bought this for my husband to put in his semi. Kind of a pain to take it to fed ex and return it just so I can order another tv.

    Lousy - took forever to put the stands on because the screws are minuscule and black and then once it was set up, there was no picture to connect to the wifi- needless to say, it was quickly returned.

    The TV system required an update when first plugged in. Tried the suggested help ideas. They were not helpful at all and could never speak to an actual customer service rep. Was unable to update as required and had to return the TV

    Best Buy is a downright ripoff! I’ve had my TV for 3 weeks! It will not work. The instructions are a lot of eye wash. Somebody in that company destroyed my invoice! I’m really thinking about throwing this piece os s—- in the river! What a disgrace!

    TV is trash, exchanged 2 within two weeks because screen would glitch and black out and the only way to fix was to unplug it.

    When i bought this Fire TV, the sales person did not inform me that it was not Spectrum Compatible and that I would need to purchase a separate device to see Spectrum programs.
