    I like the Tv, good sound good picture but I was disappointed that I can’t download the Spectrum app on it. The fire tv has more options than I expected. The mute button doesn’t mute, it takes the volume to zero making it a pain to turn it back up!

    I like the Smart TV, but it has a recurring problem that Best Buy blames on DirecTV. But the problem does not appear on my other sets. After the set is on for a few minutes, the screen freezes and there is a loud hum. After a few minutes, the set resets and reloads the original program. Fortunately, this happens only once per session/. Also, I paid to learn about Smart TV, but I was told that is not available to those who use DirecTV.

    Within weeks this tv crashed, meaning the screen turned to green static and it produced a terrible static noise. The only way to stop it was to unplug it and plug it back in. The problem has been getting more frequent and Best Buy geek squad protection plan is a joke! In order to warranty it the product needs to be returned to the nearest store which is seventy miles away, one way! Insignia "may" help but I'm not optimistic. I wouldn't buy again, would not recommend and I also wouldn't recommend Best Buy.

    Im sorry that they failed me on this one, but I feel like it is not their fault so I went in today and bought me an excellent condition TV that was out of box but it was still put into another box. Well, there was no foam in it and that was fine. It had all the pieces for it, and it had all the screws and the legs and remote and some half used batteries , it's excellent condition is what you pay for it correct well I tried to connect my Xbox and the HDMI was connecting OK but there was no sound so whoever had it before me f()dged up the sound by moving the HDMI and the HDMI port has been fiddled with like someone pushed it real good so this TV needs to be re-evaluated and then fixed and audio and graphical check and I believe it will be sold again to another good caretaker

    I purchased the Insignia F40 24” TV with high hopes, but I was greeted with disappointment and frustration. The TV constantly freezes, green bars suddenly appear on the screen, and after 20 seconds, it restarts. I feel the processor is ALREADY faulty just 35 days old. My return window to Best Buy closed, leaving me with an unreliable, disruptive TV. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!! VERY UNHAPPY!!!!!
