I love the picture and quality what I dislike is we have RoKu and getting to ROKU from the firestick TV is very complicated. I was told at the store that it works fine on Firestick TV.

I bought this to be a monitor for my laptop my work laptop. I know it’s a TV but it works great as a computer monitor the color the graphics everything on it is perfect for what I use it for. We’ve also used it for a gaming TV as well and it’s great for that. The price was definitely right. I would definitely order again great value for the money

Perfect screen to add to my desktop for a second screen. This replaced an older 720p monitor that was acting up. The clarity with this new screen with 1080p is so much better. I use this screen for personal and for work. I am an accountant so even the numbers became clearer. I like the ease of switching it from TV mode to computer input so it can be used as a second monitor or as a tv. I did purchase a sound bar based on reviews I read before I went into the store to purchase this. The sound is absolutely fine (and I have hearing issues) without any issues so the soundbar was returned.

This TV is amazing. For the price it has a great picture. Moreover, the sound makes it seem like it is a much larger model. I have this Insignia in my small kitchen and it fits my needs perfectly. This is my third Insignia. All of them have performed well for me.

We needed a small tv for the kitchen and this one was perfect. The setup was simple, and the picture is beautiful. Very happy with this purchase. Can watch the news while eating breakfast and not miss anything about the game playing in the living room or a movie if we have to run to the kitchen for a snack. LOL

The tv works fine . I did have to return 2 of them because of issue with the screen pixelating. And freezing up. But this works fine . I still recommend the TV..this is a full HD 1080p good color

I initially bought this to use as a secondary monitor for my WFH laptop because my local store had it on sale, but the picture quality was so great that it's become my go to instead of watching shows on my laptop while my husband or son are using the big TV to game on. I don't crank the volume, so I haven't had any volume issues whatsoever. I was blown away at the clarity for the price point.

Great small tv, excellent picture, easy set-up. Still working through connecting to Francechannel.tv and PBS Passport apps, but will persist. While using the magnifiy screen feature, the sound seems to have a little static, will check cables.

I'm very satisfied with this item for the value I received and the price I paid with all the features and the quality that I received and the impeccable service that I received from Best Buy yes this purchase was definitely a great experience.

this product is great, once i learn how to operate the channels and get to the channels i want to see, i learn something new each time i turn it own, it is like and adventure

Do your research and, if you like the specifications, this could be perfect for you. Great clarity and color outbof the box. Lots of apps preloaded. However, if you want to play xbox or pc games using this tv as a monitor, the refresh rate may not provide what you want. I have this mounted on the wall in a bedroom and it works well.
