Unlike some earlier Insignia purchases, all the parts were actually in the box! Reasonably easy to set up. Concerns: maximum volume is not that loud, instructions on "smart" features minimal, and a few times it interrupted itself for a few seconds with strange noises

Nice for a small bedroom tv

Set up was fairly easy, although attaching the legs was not as easy as it should be. I had difficulty getting the screws to follow the track. Still trying to set up the free subscriptions that came with the TV without much success.

OS was completely broken

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We had to return unfortunetly because its operating system was corrupted an would boot into a weird disgnostics thing (which we couldnt get out of) and i tried reinstalling the os multiple tomes and still didnt work. But really its a great tv we just got unlucky thisone time, i bet if you bought, yo would be extremely happy with it. Good product. Bad luck.
