If you want Amazon Fire, it's OK
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn't realize I was getting a TV that was geared to Amazon Fire. The good news is that you have access to Netflix and other non-network outlets built in. The bad news is that it is cumbersome to get to the regular cable channels.

Update
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I needed to replace my old analogue TV in my workshop. Great TV, great price. I use an analogue to digital converter antenna and it linked right up with my WiFi. Now I can watch all those YouTube videos on how to repair stuff on something much larger than my cell phone or tablet.

Good little TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was bought for our camper as wellas to have when we had a WIFI signal and wanted to have a small TV for the kids to watch. It has not disappointed in either respect. Don't expect a huge TV, but it is great for small spaces and has great features.

Insignia forever
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I learned my lesson....I got another brand television (Vizio) and I was use to my Insignia from my bigger TV and Insignia spoiled me. I had so much trouble with the other brand so I am taking it back and getting another one of these ...only Insignia from here on out!

Not great for my OTA antenna
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The fire tv remote was an older version and the tuner would hold my OTA antenna signal without pixelation. Returned for newer version of same tv.

Good TV with poor instructions
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's seems to be a good TV, but the instructions on how to navigate the smart TV aspects are very few, and not very clear. There need to be some answers about how to get the whole picture on the screen instead of parts of it off to the side.

Great 24" TV that can substitute as addt'l monitor
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great, inexpensive 24" LCD. I use this as a second screen for my laptop at home. You won't get the same resolution you can get out of a dedicated monitor but works fine for my work. The bonus is you can watch internet movies via the wireless network connection.

Great for outdoor RV kitchen!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this to install on our new RV. IT works great and a good fit for limited space. The only issue is the remote reaction is slow when pressing buttons. I swapped batteries w/same results. Aside from that its a good smart TV. I recommend it.

Outstanding TV with Smart Fire
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We replaced an older 19" TV in the kitchen area. This works flawlessly and the built in Smart Fire connects well with our wi-fi and streams programs without interruptions or freezing. Highly recommend for people looking to stream programming!!

So far so good
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got this for my sons room as his first TV. Over a year with no problems. Color is decent in a darker room and it’s constantly on because we just forget to shut it. Voice remote works great also

Great Tv for my kids
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this tv for my boys room. It's nice slim design fits perfectly on their dresser. The sound quality could be better in my opinion but I solved that with a soundbar. Overall it's a great tv for a great price.

Buyer beware - unrepairable software flaw
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy has lost a customer over a silly little TV. This TV was used in our RV; I only used it about 6 times total (for less than 3 hours of total viewing time) in just over a year. The TV prompted for an update, and after the update, it got stuck on the Fire TV loading screen. I tried to factory reset the TV, and I had the same issue. Brought it to Best Buy, and although it was just out of warranty, they tried to fix it for about 10 minutes. Said it couldn't be done, and they didn't offer any other options. They told me to contact Amazon since it was their update that bricked the TV. I contacted Amazon, and as expected, they told me to contact Best Buy and Insignia. So, an infinite loop with no assistance. Unfortunately, the TV is completely useless without the operating system being able to load. I can't even plug something else into it (like a Roku) and use it as a monitor. It's a brand-new TV with almost no usage, and I can't do anything but throw it in the garbage due to a forced update that bricked it. Really disappointed with Best Buy not standing behind their own brand, and I haven't purchased anything from them since.

A good no frills fire TV
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A reasonable price point , Fire TV small-format for a child's room with parental controls. And an absolute minimum of controls for the child to mess with.

Replaced a Vizio
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This replaced a Vizio whose sound would suddenly stop and we would have to unplug to get sound for awhile, Like the voice control and remote. If my wife likes it I know it is easy to operate.
