Very disappointing television

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This television suffered a brain hemorrhage within two weeks of me buying it. there is no way to control the television except by the remote which has no number keypad so you cannot select channels by number, instead you must know the letter designation. Mine will only respond to the odd and alpha commands and having no other way to control it it has become totally useless it takes several minutes to boot before it goes dark forever. After spending over 20 minutes on hold to try to contact the store where I bought it I gave up. I will be trying to return it physically
