nice tv but hard to figure out.

Insignia Fire TV is HORRIBLE

I have it connected via ethernet cable and it still buffers endlessly. Can't get Sling to play anything, buffers endlessly. CBS All Access app, the voice rarely matches the video. Tried all sorts of "tricks" I read online like clear cache and data, uninstall and reinstall apps... Nothing works. Even Prime videos cause an error message. I tried installing Firefox thinking I could go to Sling or CBS All Access websites to work around the app. Nope. Simply doesn't work. Initially I had it connected to a cable box. Got rid of cable, the tv is essentially useless. Unfortunately, I waited too long and can't return it. Side note, every other device in the house works fine, no buffering, etc.

Insignia Fire Edition SUCKS!!! GET A ANY ROKU T.V.

I am not an expert with Smart TV, because I only just got one about a year, and a half ago, and it is a Sharp Roku T.V. To make a long story short I had not known you can download apps on to the Sharp Roku T.V. Anyways I have Spectrum T.V. I was shocked, I could download there app on the Sharp Roku T.V. I BOUGHT THIS INSIGNIA FIRE EDITION THINKING I COULD DOWNLOAD THE SPECTRUM APP!!! BA HA!!! I EVEN CALLED SPECTRUM TO SEE IF THEY COULD HELP, THE GUY TOLD ME THAT SPECTRUM IS NOT COMPATABLE WITH ANYTHING FIRE!!! I bought this on Halloween with Curb Side Pick Up, and in My Email, I CAN NOT FIND ANY WHERE With A Return Policy!!! So I am trying To call the store I bought the T.V. from which is Best Buy Montabello, and have been on hold for ABOUT AN HOUR NOW And I have called though out the day being on hold for 20-30 with no answer!!! THIS STORE NEVER ANSWERS THERE PHONE!!!

LCD inside the cardboard box

Bought a bundle with a free echo dot. The tv inside was a LCD, when I tried to exchange the TV only as to not lose the deal. The associate said that an exchange is possible but most likely most of the rest of the TVs would be LCDs as well. This means they are trying to sell LCDs as LEDs. At the end they wouldn't do an exchange I had to return and purchase another one and pay the difference, what they didn't mention was that I would have to return the echo dot and that I owe 50. Seriously? I just want what the bundle advertised a 24" LED fire tv edition and the free echo dot.
