    I would like to leave a better review for this TV as other than one issue, it worked great, but unfortunately I will be returning it...everything worked great in regards to all the apps and features; loved the fact that it was "Alexa" enabled, but unfortunately neither of the HDMI inputs would work, and since the output from my cable box was HDMI, I couldn't watch cable on it. I did end up buying a different (LG) TV from Best Buy, and so far I'm happy with that one.

    Tv has a very odd smell to it. It’s been 2 days and it still smells. Other than that not a bad tv

    Remote doesn't fully work after a couple of days. Tv is slow. Just not happy with this brand.

    It cuts out frequently while streaming. You then have to restart it. Pain in the but.

    Very disappointed. Brought the TV home and was excited for the "Smart TV" capabilities. Wrong - you can only download certain apps so was not able to download my Comcast App to the TV. Tried some backdoor workarounds and ultimately returned the TV. Need to look for Samsung or a TV with Roku that support the app.

    Worked great until the sound started making a loud rapid clicking and quit. No problem returning the TV and getting a different model. Extremely happy with the second TV. I like the traditional remote control better.

    Less than 2 years of owning this tv and it is basically inoperable because it keeps freezing/locking up. Insignia customer response was that it’s out of warranty so get it fixed yourself. No help at all.

    I returned this set because it was an open box item. It did not have a remote and according to Geek squad could not be set up. I did get the same brand when I returned it but it was not a smart TV and I had to pay more.

    Ordered my tv on the 9th of December and it is the 1st of February.Still no tv.I call and the message say they are having high call volume and hangs up.This is no way at all for a business to operate.I’m done with these BUMBS!

    Couldn’t get past the set up process. Each time I tried, it stuck and froze in the same place. Returned it for Toshiba Fire TV.

    Calls to Insignia tech support were useless. We simply can not hear the HDMI1 (local) channels comfortably. Insignia is clearfly an inferior product, but hey, we've learned our lesson.

    I really cannot say that it’s poor because I have not open the box yet I won’t open it until we get to the new house and that’ll be another three months
