    TV worked well but actually had a strong chemical smell that did not go away. After one week, could not stand it. Took it back and at customer service, the person opened the package and remarked "this one really does smell bad. Never smelled this kind of smell." Did get $ back but did not buy another one.

    I am happy so far with my purchase except that its now cheaper than it was 3 weeks ago and Ive asked for a credit back to me for the difference :)

    I received the tv today. I purchased a certified version and it is missing the screws to hold the legs on.

    It didn't have the remote control. And it didn't have the manual buttons. I had to return it.

    Tv is a decent size for a child's room which is great but down side is it glitches and has very bad blurry spots once in a while when watching tv.

    Purchased this for my wife to use as a screen to play video on loop from a usb stick. Insignia tvs dont play from usb stick

    I purchased television on 9/20/18. Hardly used the set. On 10/13/19, the set stopped working. While watching television, the screen went blank. Initially had sound, I advise purchasing the extended warranty if you purchase this brand. Lucky I have two twelve year old flat screens from a different manufacturer to watch that works perfectly fine.

    After the Camp Fire, Nov 2018 I needed a TV> I read Consumer Reports and the Insignia was highly rated Best Buy had on so I purchased it. I have since decided that this TV is NOT as good as rated. It seems to lose programming/channel numbers frequently. NOT HAPPY. Doug
