    I had to take this back. The first day we used it we heard a subtle yet rapid knocking noise, turned it off noise stopped. Kept it one more day to see if the noise would stop for good but it came right back once we turned the television on. Exchanged it for a 32" LG

    After connecting tv found some channels went dark every few seconds, returned tv for another, connected this tv same problem, returned 2 nd tv and bought a LG tv works fine

    Problems with channel setting right out of the box, when put back into box for return, without any undue force, screen cracked, must be way to fragile. So not only did TV not work, but best buy would not return, it is of no value.

    My TV made a load click or pop sound and died. Is that all the life in these NEW TVs? Two and a half years? Bought it 02-05-2020.

    I purchased this TV with the intent to have it double as an additional monitor for my laptop. The screen is way too blurry for me to read it clearly. I will be returning this TV and try another brand.

    Smelled like it had something burning in it

    Took it back because it had a burning smell. Was so strong the clerk refused to plug it in to test it. Took it back in less than 12 hours. To bad because it had some nice features. Bought the more expensive LG

    Upon startup screen has a 1 inch high band of dead area across the entire top of the screen. Returning for exchange, hopefully the next one will be perfect.

    Garbage. Bought for an camper. Lasted 4 months and then it wouldn’t turn on. Too difficult to return or deal with the warranty.

    This is one of two tvs we purchased and now one only has half a dark screen. Taking it back. I'm waiting for the other one to fail. Yikes!
