    I bought this on special to see if it would perform better than the Samsung 24" smart TV that I have. The Samsung lags a bit on the Smart TV part sometimes. I was also wondering if the tuner was more sensitive since I live in a valley with poor TV reception. I know how many channels I could get in with the Samsung so attached the antenna to the new Insigna and did the initial scan. It did not pick up all the channels that the Samsung did. I scanned again and it only got some of the channels . I finally succeeded on third or forth attempt to get most of the channels. The thing I disliked the most was the remote had no up or down channel buttons - you need to press a button and then see a list of the channels on screen and then use side arrow to select them. Even worse was the fact that the channels were not grouped together by station - like 31.1, 31.2, 31.3 etc and they had channel names instead so were mixed up in the menu. I couldn't easily find a way in options to fix the way they are sorted. I next tried the Smart option . You can get a few things like Netflix apps without logging into Amazon account but most of the other apps like Youtube you need to have an Amazon account. The short story is I don't like this TV for many reasons. For example the sleep timer function is hidden away in a menu that needs quite a few button pushes to get at. Now they say this TV is Alexa voice controlled so maybe that is the way to make this TV work easier. But I am not going to mess with it any longer - it is a pain and the Samsung is so much easier to use - though I am used to using that. It also has the stinky electronics smell to it - not sure how long it will take to off gas that if it ever will. Wish I never bought this TV . It also came with free Amazon echo dot but I have not tried opened that up or tried it in conjunction to control this TV. There is something I don't like about this TV and the echo always listening in on everything going on in the room.

    I bought this specific tv off google express, I thought I was buying a monitor, but it has all the ports I need and if I wanted to hook up my cable I have the option.

    TV Shuts off with any HDMI attached.

    TV would not operate with any HDMI cable attached. When it would stay on, taping the TV frame would cause TV to shut off. Coax cable connection OK. Tried several different HDMI sources. Returned TV and tried a second on with same results. Returned it also

    Insignia 24 inch LED started having problems turning on with remote at about 12 months. At 13 months wont turn on. The TV warranted is for 12 months. This was a Best Buy brand. This is justa warning to not buy an Insignia brand TV. Also it was their product and they want $25 just to throw it away.

    Guess I got a lemon

    I bought this tv about a year ago. It worked okay until about six months ago. When I would try to turn it on, it wouldn't turn on. At this moment, I haven't been able to turn this set on for days. I have three other tvs and they all work fine.

    Poor picture and hdmi reception. Returning

    I brought this on sale at a local best buy today. However with hdmi the picture is jumpy and glitchy. In addition, the picture is the worst I have ever seen on a led tv. The colors are too dark and runny I prefer to watch sling tv on my Pc. Will be returning tommorrow.
