Despite how loud I turn it up, it makes me feel like I'm hard of hearing, which is an unpleasant sensation. Also, the sound is microscopically out of sync with the picture. The effect is of watching in a dubbed language. Picture quality is fine. Unfortunately, the screen is shiny, so it shows reflection from windows.
