Fantastic appliance AND affordable! I love how this fits in our tiny place. My only complaint is that sometimes this unit overheats when both sides are running and you have to unplug. Otherwise, great little appliance!

I bought the 2 heating elements for a gift to give to someone else. I did this because I loved the single heating element that I had bought for myself. You have the instant heat of induction heat and not having to deal with gas or long delay in a regular electric unit. Easy to clean and the convenience of easy to install anywhere by just plugging the unit into a 110 Volt AC outlet. This was an especially good deal since I bought it on sale. Only disadvantage was you need induction cookware.

Its one of the less expensive induction tops and it works well. We are using it in our basement apartment. You cant use both burners at the same time at higher heat levels. When you turn on the second burner the first one will reduce in heat. This also occurred on another brand I had though. It heats water very fast. Its a bit harder to control the heat compared to regular stove tops, meaning it takes time to figure out how the number settings reflect actual temperatures.

My daughter told me I would like an induction cooktop so when this one went on sale, I ordered it. Wow, she was right about liking it. It is quicker to heat up than my gas range. The only downside I have found is that the cookware must be magnetic in order to work on it. You would think all stainless would be but it is not. If you want to see if your cookware will work on induction, see if a magnet sticks to the bottom of it. If it does, it should work. I have purchased one 8" skillet but I have a few magnetic stainless sauce pans that will work for now. A big plus is that the cooktop doea not heat the rest of the kitchen up.

That thing looks like a work of art. Having two burners justifies the price cuz you cook faster. Easy to clean. The buying process and delivery was outstanding.

I love this cook top. I'm new to induction cooking (had to buy new pots and pans, but my old ones were pretty sad anyway). I love the precise control and the super easy clean up. Only complaint: The cook top did not sit level on my counter. The fan covers on the bottom protruded too far. I couldn't figure out how to correct the problem so I called customer service. The agent I spoke to was friendly but clueless. In the end I removed the fan covers and now the cook top is level and works fine.

Works great! It was a little hard to find lots and pans in my price range. I had to buy a whole new set of pots and pans because it only works with certain pans so that was the only downside.

This double induction cooktop is beautiful, especially if you take the time to create a cutout for it on your counter. only reason why this isn't 5 stars is because you have to use stainless steel pans otherwise the cooktop won't work at all. other then that it's perfect.

Great cooktop. Very easy to use and clear display. Previously had Insignia one cooktop and it was fantastic that I decided to buy this one with two. Heats up very quickly and easy to clean. My go to for induction cooking. Use it both in the house and outdoors with no issues.

This works very well and looks very nice. I decided not to cut a hole in my granite because I was fearful that if it failed I have a difficult time finding another unit that would fit in the same hole. These go on sale fairly often. They were great just a countertop item.

We bought this a while back, and I thought I could provide a good long (ish) term review. We remodeled our upstairs space into a small 2br, 1ba apartment with a small kitchen. We decided to use this as a cooktop. It can be set on the counter top and used that way, or installed in a counter top cutout for a more permanent use. It plugs into a standard 110V outlet. You can use both induction "burners" at the same time, but only at 1/2 power. If you use one burner at a time, you can use either at full power. Even at 1/2 power, it boils water VERY quickly, even though it is 110V. Overall, it works wonderfully, and our tenant uses it every day. Too bad Best Buy no longer sells it....

Have been using this for a year and a half already. So far so good. Heat up speed quite acceptable. I gave this 4 Star instead of 5 cause when you use both heaters, power will be downgraded to half for both heaters. I guess this is done by design and a fault. But the 2nd heater become not quite useful because of this. Maybe they should improve the design

This is a great induction cooktop. It has plenty of surface space and the temperature goes up to 450 degrees, so it’s awesome for cooking pasta and steaming lobsters. I traded up to the double burner and unlike element models, this insignia model heats up both burners fast and individual temperatures are accurate. We’ve used it every day since we got it! I recommend this item and I’m happy with my purchase!
