Many time when I clean the surface with a damp cloth the LED’s come on which is fine but when I use the off button to turn it off it doesn’t turn off so I have to unplug it to reset it.

Cooking surface very sensitive when wet unable to clean surface causes malfunction with operation. Burners unable to handle cooking on high temperature using both at the same time. Guess I got what I paid for junk. Burner does not heat entire surface of pans.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It works well enough but the size of the burners only allow for an eight-inch pan. It won't evenly heat a larger frying pan. Works fine for larger soup pots. The other problem is that the elements are very sensitive to any kind of pattern on the bottom of the pan. I love cast iron pans, but almost all of them have a logo stamped on the bottom. Because of the small heating area of the stove, any logo interferes with the proper heating and will often cause an error instead of heating the pan. Best pans for this are ceramic-covered, cast-iron pans with a completely flat bottom, but those are really expensive.

It boils water very fast and can also be place on or in any countertop. I cut out a spot in the countertop in my garage and it was thus a very easy way to gain access to a range while outside.
