Love it. It is the perfect size. For a 2nd refrigerator

It is good for it's price. The freezer is not cooling enough and when you put it in coldest, it start building up ice!

I was at blue to pick up my order at my local dealer in Trussville Alabama with very little difficulty. The process was so easy. They loaded my refrigerator for me and did it fast. I was in and out in 15 min.

Just the size we needed. Controls are excellent, easy to use. Delivery was on time, delivery guys were very personable, loaded it in, set it up, and removed the old fridge w/out any hassles.

I bought the Insignia 10.1 cu. ft. refrigerator thinking, “Hey, simple, sleek, does the job.” And it did—for about five minutes. Then I noticed a small defect on one of the door bins. No big deal, right? Maybe they’d just send a replacement part. Oh, how naïve I was. Apparently, Insignia’s grand solution to a tiny, cracked plastic bin is… to replace the entire refrigerator. You know, that giant, 100+ pound appliance... And since it’s “out of stock,” they can’t even do that. So I’m stuck with a nearly new fridge that’s technically “under warranty” but apparently unfixable because they can’t mail a $3 piece of plastic. Who knew buying a refrigerator would turn into a philosophical exercise about the futility of customer service? Bravo, Insignia. You’ve truly redefined “overkill.” Final verdict: The fridge keeps things cold, but so does a cooler filled with ice—and at least the cooler doesn’t require full replacement when the lid gets scratched.

So far the refrigerator has been just what we needed…(it is a bit noisy, which I don’t understand because it is not connected to a water source for ice making) but it’s nothing that affects the effectiveness of the fridge

Meh. Got this for wife b/c her mini fridge didnt really keep things cold. On highest refrigerator setting on this Insignia, i noticed some jello snax have not "set" after a few days.

could'nt be happier. from the time I walked in the store, I felt very comfortable with the whole process. Having been in sales for 36 yrs, I think I know a good salesman when I meet them

It is a small size for 2nd refrigerator. The Freezer is also small.

Great refrigerator. Perfect size and spacious inside top & bottom. Swing door adjustable (just don't do it). Have heard it doesn't close well, once you make change

Exactly what I wanted for the basement bar area. I would have rated it a 5 but the bottom left had a small dent in it. Luckily it is on the wall side so it is not seen and I didn’t have to reorder.

Love the refrigerator/freezer. Not fond of the flimsy shelving nor the door shelving, very thin plastic. You must have the items in the bottom of the fridge perfectly fitted or the door won't close because of the large bottom door shelf. I took the bottom door shelf off to make sure it always closes.

My Insignia refrigerator is of high quality and I appreciate the services I received from the sales person to the men who delivered my refigerator.
