Despite the item being listed as in excellent condition, it had a HUGE dent in the front, the kick plate is literally folded in half, and the third rack is broken. This is NOT excellent condition. I called to inquire about paying the good or fair price instead, but the only option I was given was returning it. I already drove over an hour to get it, load it / unload it myself, and then install a damaged dishwasher myself.... disappointed and feel the quality was 100% misrepresented.

This dishwasher is perfect. I installed it myself ( I had my young son help :-) ). I had the original dishwasher when I purchased my home. That dishwasher was used as a drying rack since it did such a poor job. Now we can use this new dishwasher. My daughter is also happy because that means that she doesn’t have to be the dishwasher :-D.

The adustable shelf comes in real handy when I have tall glasses or deep items and the extra rack at the top is great for silverwear when you need the extra room in the main rack for pot and pans and don't want to use the silverware basket. I realy like how the control panel isn't exposed to my grandchildren so they can't press the buttons.

Posted .For best drying results we recommend a drying agent should be used with every cycle. There are other factors that inhibit drying during the last phase of the dishwashing cycle. A very full dishwasher, plastic plates and glasses which do not dry as well as other materials, the shape of the dish or glassware which creates pooling of water. These factors can contribute to water still being present at the end of a cycle.
