    Hard to load items. Prongs are going to too many directions. Can only load few items and too many prongs. Love the pull-out shelf

    This dishwasher is cheap junk,it did not drain had water in the bottom of dishwasher after second time used it do not recommend junk returning it takes a week for best buy to pick it up and who knows how long to get a refund on my card now I am without a dishwasher

    Absolutely horrible dishwasher, broke after a few months and started leaking and damaged my floor. And was a pain to exchange. Just dont buy it. Thank me later.

    Bought 2 years ago and the dish racks are falling apart due to rust. The machine continues to function properly which is the reason for the 2-star rating. I can't recommend this dishwasher as I will need to replace the racks outside of the short 1-year warranty. It has heated drying which is nice but the tops of glasses still don't get dry.
