The door is extremely flimsy and just, overall, a cheap product. The racks are very loose and not secure. I would not waste my money on this again and I regret purchasing it.

I did a chat and they said that they could come uninstall and remove the dishwasher and give me a new one. I asked if they were going to pay for the plumber to install the new one since they won’t install anything that’s hardwired. They said no. If they can uninstall a hardwired appliance, why can’t they install a new one? They offered to have the manufacturer contact me within 24-48 hrs. Still waiting, it’s been over a week.

We constantly get code E1 while running the dishwasher, two technicians have come out to "fix it" but we are still having the same issues. And the customer support don't even know that this is best buy brand. They tell me to reach out to the manufacturer but they are the manufacturer. I literally have to argue all the time with them and spend no less than 30 minutes each time.

Stay away from this brand.

Lasted about 4 months and the pump and motor went out. Geek squad came to fix it. It took him over 5 hours to put the new parts in and now 1 month later pump and motor are broke again. My last Frigidaire lasted 10 years. This was the only one in stock when we purchased a dishwasher and now I know why. Do not buy it! I will never buy a Best Buy brand again. They have given me the run around yo fix it. My husband is a contractor and we will tell everyone to not get appliances from them!!
