    The charger works but isn't anywhere as fast as OEM equipment. If I am running pandora for instants and have my phone on the charger it will barely keep up or hold the charge. Other than that it works and will charge my phone.

    Lol...so you wanna know what I think...the question is, ...what will you do with this non-valued consumer feedback?? Best Buy so far has certainly demonstrated a severe lack of value to its customer base. First off, Ive made several high value purchases. I've ordered a part to conduct business with your tech squad, and ALSO a critically essential SD card that has the compatibility with a product you sell, but fail to supply in your inventory. Instead you sell the customers a cheaper quality SD card, probably for the purpose of attaining a slightly higher, however minimal, profit margin, that does not meet the operational function required of a known quality product you sell! Not only is this an unethical practice, it is also a waste of your customers time and money, not to mention a diservice to your business or mission statement if you have one. This practice sent a clear message of disrespect to BEST BUY consumers. In addition to the Best Buy goose chase, I recieved a notification email from best buy that 2 of my orders were received at the St Louis store on Lindbergh Blvd with no way to contact the store through email or phone to reply when I would be able to retrieve my PAID orders. An employee from your tech squad even informed me by voice message I wouldn't be able to make contact with the store by phone. The email was of course a "no-reply". For a company in the electronics sales business, this seems like a major deficiency in your business, and communication with your local & regoinal customers. You are NOT connected. In the court of social media reviews, I had to learn AFTERwards that I had to endure aggravation, risk of life, and extreme patience, burn my time and gasoline returning compromised products due to Best Buy corporate greed, or incompetence. Bottom line, ...you didnt win. Perhaps the education or comprehension by a best buy CEO will read this and wake up the lower managing echelon. Be aware that not all my higher value purchases were recorded electronically. You dont have them all.

    I had to return this! It doesn't seem to charge any faster than my 12w ipad charger... it says 24w... but I think that means 12x each

    I bought this thinking it would replace my original samsung Quick charge charger.It does not.This is your normal usb charger.I returned the item the next day.Its a fine product,just didnt fit my needs.

    The charger worked well. It is a pain in the but though because it falls out of the outlet easily.
