In less than half the normal time it takes, I'm able to fully charge my iPhone! Its so nice to plug 2 devices into the same the same charger! Thanks for going above and beyond customer service!

When plugged in, it only says charging versus fast charging like my Samsung charger. Charge time is average 4-5 minutes slower than the factory charger. The plugs are also very loose. One slight tug on the USB cable, the charger comes off the wall outlet.

I am trying to find a Dual-USB charger with more power than 2 of the small Apple USB iPhone chargers. Apples are very under-powered and I need to charge 2 iPhones at once. I tested both USB outlets on this one and both Voltages drop to 4.3 @ 1A draw (same as Apple charger). This charger is rated at 5VDC @ 2.4A each outlet. Apple is rated at 5VDC @ 1A and has the same exact performance. I guess I'll stick with my 2 Apple Chargers. Very disappointed with Insignia's fake ratings!!!
