    CAT 6 is the way to go and Best Buy carries a quality cable. When tested it preformed at the level of a CAT 6 cable.

    This Internet cord is amazing. You can actually tell the difference. Gives you what you paid for. I wasn't getting the download/upload speed as of what my internet provider was providing me. But after I switched to the Cat-5e I get the max of my upload and download. Ping is also better than before.

    Thank god it came in a 100ft. line! I needed to be able to run it from one side of my house to the other and the 100 ft made it!

    Hubby surprised me with a ps4, we have wifi in the home but the downloads were crazy slow (15hrs) and I did not want to put my ps4 in the living room where the router is. This bad boy did the trick now I'm plugged directly into my router with my ps4 in the bedroom and super fast downloads 2-3 mins tops! Love it!

    I was having so much trouble with wireless cable guy tells me my bedroom is too far for signal told me to get a signal extender whatever it's called and connect it to modem and go to my room ---still had a little trouble but said since I have this wire already here why not just connect to computer --problem solved

    This newer cable did the trick. I was going to use a 6 but a tech told me between the 5e and the 6 was barely noticeable. This cable gives me 3 times the download speed when I am close enough to my modem to use a cable. Tried it just for kicks and it was really fast!

    Works fine. The boot is a little cheaply made and snagged a little when pulling through ceiling, but not that bad. Decent quality cable.
